SAT Literature and U.S. History

Hey guys!
I'm going to be taking the SAT literature and U.S. history tests this October, and I wanted to see if anyone had some good advice. Unfortunately I haven't taken any AP lit or history classes because my school doesn't offer AP, so I'm pretty much studying on my own. I checked out some books from the library and have been using AP test books to study with, too. Any suggestions for good resources (preferably free ones)?

USH will be difficult because of all th info… For lit I recommend reading more and a natural talent for poetry etc

For the Us history one, just study AP review books and I just reread my review books 2 times and got a 790! I skimmed the whole book the night before the test and that really helped!

For history, go with REA’s crash course. Good luck with this test, since most of the questions are rather random.

For lit, I’d look at poetry from a couple hundred years ago and familiarize myself with the different rhetorical techniques. Perhaps buy Barron’s and practice?
