SAT Math II June Discussion

@senjiruven How did you find the answer to the last question?

It was pretty simple… just use the area of a polygon formula-- 1/4 ×n×s^2 × cot(180/n)
where N is the number of sides( in this case 5) and S is the length of each side( u’ll have to find that

meanwhile post any question or answer you can remember so that we can recheck

@thelostchild i got the same thing. Does anyone remember the second problem, the one with the flags? I left that one blank. Also got 58 for the last problem and 3.6 for 48

Those of you discussing this test are giving West Coast students information that they should not hvae.

Exactly^^.

Eh what score will I receive if I omitted 8 questions and got like 2-3 wrong?

Man I’ve gotten 800s on the two practice tests and even the barrons one with extra time left but I took wayyy too long on this one bc i apways second guess myself on real exam days…ended up not finishing with 4 left. If I got all the rest right, would that still be an 800?

@tagi1998 I hope so because I’m in the exact same boat as you. Normally you can get 6 off to get an 800

@YoohooAddict I would expect mid 700s

@tagi1998 me too :confused: let’s hope for the best

What was the answer to y intercept? the bacteria doubling?

@YoohooAddict low 700s

Ugh… @jwu0623 Not so good lol

If it helps for bacteria doubling I got 26…

@YoohooAddict maybe this test’s curve will be more generous :wink:

@jwu0623 Hopefully…

I kinda hope everyone does kinda bad so the curve is rlly nice :((( i skipped three questions and think i got around 4 wrong what would my score be…

also was the radiator q thing a trick question bc it said her radiator could only go up to 2 miles or something…

@anyuniversity Depending on the curve probably 780-800. Can you answer my question?
