Registered for Math 2 and Phsyics in May and June expecting 780 in both by June

Without taking into account my ECs, would my scored put me at a disadvantage?

Thanks for the feed back

The median SAT of the Penn incoming class last year was 2260. So for wharton the median should be around the same, for Huntsman prob a little bit higher than 2260. Even though your score is below the median, and the average, it is definitely not too low. What I would be a bit more concerned about is that you have taken the SAT more than 3 times, and Penn like most other top colleges looks down on that. Whatever you do NOT take it again.

But now tha they dont take writing in account nay more, I think I might be on the median becuase of my 800 M and 710 CR

^ they do take writing into account. They just have the essay part of the writing as optional. And yeah your math score is above the median Math score but your CR and W scores aren’t. In any case you score is good enough i.e over 2200 that it won’t make much difference if it is slightly below the median. The only issue with your SAT is that you took it more than 3 times which might hurt u a little bit. But as long as the other parts of your app are strong I don’t think it is gonna make a huge difference.

@mathphysi :

2210 SAT is not bad. You are within the average range for accepted applicants. The only thing that could potentially hurt you is the fact that you took the SAT four times. Penn will know this because you are required to send all SAT scores.
