SAT or ACT Submission?

If I sent both the ACT and SAT to the CSU schools (San Diego state) but my ACT is lower than my SAT, will they use my SAT score which is higher to make the admissions decision?

The CSU’s will calculate your EI based on both tests and take the highest EI so they would use your SAT.
