SAT or Subject SAT for Stanford and Rice?

I want to apply to RICE and Stanford, but my dilemma is the following:
I have taken the SAT and the Subject SATs previously with the following score breakdowns:
SAT:
Math - 700
Reading - 790

Subject SAT:
(Math 2) - 730
(Biology) - 700

I now have one more SAT test date before college admissions are due, and don’t know whether I should focus on retaking the SAT (for Superscore) or the Subject SATs (which I improve to around 800 for both).
Also, if you recommend retaking the SAT, should I even send my current Subject SAT scores? (Both Stanford and RICE have Subject SATs as optional, but they are still highly recommended)

What is your prospective major or focus of study? If it’s in a STEM field, I would want to improve either or both of those math scores. The math 2 score is at the 52nd percentile and the bio is at 59 or 72 depending on which bio exam it is. And for fall 2018 admits to Rice, the 25th percentile for SAT composite was 1460 and 75th was 1550. (I didn’t look up Stanford.)

I think I’d focus on the subject tests!

Just an update. I finally ended up deciding on retaking the SAT (because the subject tests were optional) and I scored 1590.

Fantastic SAT score… what schools are you applying to?

Thank you! A few of the Ivies (like UPenn) and Stanford and Duke are a few ones that I opted to apply for once I found out my new score.

Make sure you apply to at least one safety!

I already applied to two normal safeties and two extra extra extra safeties, and I have gotten into one of the normal safeties with the top scholarship and into both of the extra safeties with the top scholarship level. The decision for the other safety is pending, but I am sure I will make it there as well. Thanks for the tip though!
