Ok, so I got a 680 in math. I thought I had received a 750+. Anyways, when I checked the details online, it said I got 6 wrong and omitted NONE. When I took the test, I definetly remember omitting one problem at the end of the math section (the one about where (x,y) would be with the f(x)...). Anyways, what should I do about this? I

Perhaps your memory is flawed? If not, I'd ask for hand-scoring.

If you are retaking, then don't bother hand-scoring. It's a lot of money and a lot of tracking CB on your part.

But if you are absolutely sure, then you can hand-score

I am pretty sure... Ill call today and get that done...

DS got a CR score about 120 points lower than he expected. The M and Writing scores were within his range. Since he was so baffled, we sent in for a hand scoring yesterday.
Chip, where did you take the test? Do you think it could be a local or regional problem? Does anyone have any personal knowledge of a scoring error being made?

Ilovemykids, please let me know if your hand scoring made a difference. My CR score is about 60 points off. Keep me updated.

Ilovemykids, i want to know too. my cr score is about 70 pts off. but maybe i had a really bad day

Ok, I'll let you know the results. It's not likely they will find a mistake in scoring. We wouldn't even be pursuing this, except that S can't understand how he could have gotten 11 questions wrong. On all his practice tests, and the PSATs, he never got more than 3 wrong in the CR section. He doesn't think he had an "off" day; he thought he did well. Of course, the pressure of the real test can lead to unexplainable things.
