Ok, so I will have 2 SAT IIs when I apply to colleges, and I am going to take the Jan SAT for two more...if I rush my scores, will it all be acceptable by colleges? I'm thinking Harvard and Princeton (top choices). Do you think it might hurt me in any way if i am taking them Jan?

From the Harvard website:
[quote]
January 26
Last SAT I and SAT II testing date for candidates.

From the Princeton website:
[quote]
All SAT testing must be completed by the January test date.

These took me less than two minutes to find. In the time it took you to type your question, you could have gotten the definitive answer yourself. Schools like Harvard and Princeton like to see students who are self-reliant.

You might wanna stop being so bitter, and think more. I'm not stupid. Of course I looked it up, but Harvard states in its website that for Internationals, it is advised that they should have completed their testing preferably by December - and that is my main issue.

No need to be harsh... College application time can make you lose your ability to think straight. At least you have your answer :)

If you have a question that's particular to internationals, it may help to say that you're an international; that's not clear anywhere in your post or profile.

In any event, if the website says you should have testing done by December, then you have your answer - yes, waiting until January will hurt.

If you want a definitive answer, rather than the advice of strangers on the internet, contact admissions at these two schools and ask.

It would help if some people were not so judgmental...CC offers a lovely facade and people can often be quite mean because of it!

The website says it is preferable, so the answer is not clear-cut. (so I did not get my answer)

I have contacted admissions officers days ago, but have not heard anything.
