Sat Reasoning June 06 - Post All Discussions HERE!

the CB site says june 26th....
hey ppl did any body get the test where there was a grid-in with a question with about a cereal-milk ratio...

also wt answer did u get..
i got a 5/8 for the ratio of cereal-milk.

I put 5, as well.

Yes the xyz was 5

wt bout this other question on transformations..
wt answer did yall get for f(x)+6.??

5 baby, i almost picked 3 then i realized it made not sense haah

didn't have the cereal:milk ratio one...

are some of these from a exp section b/c the don't look familar?

Can someone please explain how the answer is 5 to that x^2+y^2+z^2=9 question?

because x, y and z equals 2 and 2 and 1

square them... 4 + 4 + 1 = 9

only possible answer

the SAT is over, the scores will be out in late june. how did it go and let's talk about the test.

what did you guys get for the pentagon with the angle of 108 degrees with the bisecting line?

i put 52 or 54 degrees, but i wasn't sure.

That's all I can remember for now.did anybody get the answer of 2 for a grid in

dang, i didn't have any of these.

Huh... Maybe I didn't see the values of x,y,and z, because i'm sure i put 3 as the answer. Oh well.

because x, y and z equals 2 and 2 and 1

square them... 4 + 4 + 1 = 9

only possible answer

crap thats right i was running out of time and just put 3 although i knew it was wrong it looked like the best answer

some of the grid ins i remember are 44 2017 1.5 10.5 112 and the last one was 6

what did u guys put as the answer to the writing question "just as Nebraska produces corn, ______________"

i put florida's role is producing a variety of fruit or something like that

Let's just say..I am glad it is over.

The 2nd (I think it was the second) grid-in for math was a killer. I thought I did pretty good in writing, but verbal was also pretty hard.

On average, I think the real SAT was a lot harder than the practice tests I have previously taken.

how about the (x+8)(x+9) one with f(2p)=2*f(p)

EDIT: nevermind
