I got a 660 in June and a 720 in October on my SAT reasoning Math section. I plan to take the SAT reasoning for a third time on this Saturday, and I am aiming for a 750-800 on the math section. Unfortunately, I did not study for my Math I subject test, and I only got a 670 :( despite doing very good on my other two subject tests (german and physics).
My question is: If I get an 800 (best case scenario) on the Math section this saturday, can that help make up for the bad subject test?

That might help a bit, but I doubt a high SAT I Math could completely “make up for” a 670 on Math I, since I suppose colleges usually treat SAT Is and IIs separately. Also, I’m not sure how accurate this is, but I’ve heard an 800 on Math I is not as good as a 720 on Math II. The numbers here may not be accurate, but the point is that most selective colleges expect a very high score on Math I (a lot of them actually don’t even want you to take it because they feel it’s so easy to the point it’s almost meaningless).

Interestingly, I got a 720 on Math I and a 770 on Math II ;p
