SAT Scores Arrived Now what?

Hi there!
I am a junior who took the SAT this month. Recently I received my sat scores this week and I got a 1660 on my first try. This is due to the help of a math prep course and whole lot of prectice tests from the SAT Book. I have been checking out some colleges but I cannot seem to get into Universities like Boston Uni with my SAT score.
I know that colleges just don't look at SAT scores. So I was wondering if I should retake the test once more or am I fine?

I have a 4.0 GPA and I took honors classes before. I am recently part of the NHS and also was part of the Math society for a semester at my first school. I was part of the K9 club for freshmen year. Sophomore year I was part of Steel pan, Book club, and a Photographer of Newspaper. During the first semester of Junior year, some leadership roles I took on were secretary of book club, a csf member, steel pan manager. Other clubs I was in were newspaper, game club, and art club. So far I have about 50 hours of service to the community. Another 100 hours for practicing and playing steel pan for churches and festivals. Along with that I recently moved from California to Hawaii for junior year. In my new school I am a secretary for Rotary Club and that's pretty much it.

P.S. I am also taking the ACT this April.

Oh and I also have about 10+ academic awards from my first high school for freshmen and junior year

Adcom won’t take your 4.0 seriously with such a low SAT. You must retake. Hopefully, you already know it.
