I was supposed to get my SAT scores back for the March 12 test Thursday, but I called and they told me my scores were sent somewhere for review. They said i should call back in two weeks if my scores havent showed up on College Board. Does anybody have an explanation, had this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any help.

It can mean there is suspected cheating (not necessarily yours but others in the same room as you), problems with scoring the test such as the computer screwed up for those tests from your test center, or your new score is significantly different from prior score, such as a 300 point increase, in which case they are checking to assure there was no cheating. Often you just eventually get score and no explanation is given.
