SAT scores - will it make the 12/31 deadline?

<p>Rensselaer has a 12/31 SAT score deadline and 1/15 application deadline, and they receive the scores by mail. Should I rush the scores or not?
will the scores reach the college on time?

<p>RPI isn’t going to just shred your app if the mailed scores eke in a few days later. Don’t worry about it. RPI is actually looking for a reason to admit you!</p>

<p>Yes, don’t worry about that at all. In general, if a college announces that a particular test month (November, December, or January) on the SAT is timely, BELIEVE IT. As said above, a college will not trash your application just because the standardized test scores arrive a few days after the stated deadline.</p>
