SAT scores

I don't want to seem like a stats whore, but I just received my SAT scores today and I was wondering if I should retake them.

720 -- Chemistry
760 -- Math II

I heard that colleges use a 750+ bracket, so do you recommend retaking any to have a better chance. I also know that math II has a tremendous curve, so the 760 might look bad if I go into a quanatative field.

I had 740 math II, 680 physics and literature, so don't worry too much about that

Is it "safe" to take SATs while i'm in college if I want to transfer to Harvard? (Like in Oct. this year to retake SAT)

Is the threshold like a 750+?

That's what I heard yahooo.

However, I don't think I'll retake them.

Trust me...if its over 700, you're ok...

Yep 700+ is fine.

don't you even read when people answer your questions?! 2 of my 3 SATs were below 700 and I'm not legacie/URM/athlete/whatever. put more effort into the other parts of your application

Ya, it seems to me that once you got to a certain level it really doesn't matter and is basically entirely subjective.

katerila- I do read, and yes I saw that some of your scores were under 700. But my comment was directed towards the OP, not you. THe OP wants to retake and yet the scores were over 700.
