SAT starting scores

Hello everybody this is my first post. I wanted to ask about your opinions on my SAT score. M 770 W 550 CR 580 Total=1900. Is this score a good start for someone who hasnt studied grammer for about 5 years and didnt do any CR for 2 years and didnt solve a math problem for 3 months and is the first time to EVER see a SAT exam paper and read only 1 book since 3 years ??? BTW i am a junior student.

This post is for everybody who want to give me their opinions about my score and how to improve. Please refrain from destructive criticism as it doesnt benefit this discussion.

Your score and circumstances provide room for a lot of improvement. Invest in the blue book, or the Official SAT Study Guide, and your score will raise at least by 100 points. Their tips and practice tests are irreplaceable. The only thing youll have to do extra is vocabulary. Good luck!

Btw, my May SAT wad 1940, but after reading the blue book, I’m getting even more questions correct. I improved over 200 points on mg most recent practice test :)

Thanks a lot for your opinion anothergalaxy btw what does bump mean ???

Also could you please write the room for improvement on a scale from 1 (worst) to 5(best), also i am in a non english enviroment

People write bump if their thread is not receiving many replies. They want to “bump” the thread up so that the thread will show up higher on the topic list (more people will see it and respond). When someone replies, that also makes the thread go to te top of the list in the forum.

I’d say you’d have a “2” room for improvement, especially on the passages based reading and grammar questions. Because your score is already high, you can’t improve that much, mostly because of the non-English environment.

Critical Reading rests on natural ability to a higher degree than some of the other sections. You should have done better than 580.

Bump char10

bump any suggestions…

bump for the third time ANYBODY… :D:D:D

Take a class. You clearly are lazy or unmotivated if you’ve read one book in three years. An sat prep class will force you to work
