Is the French with out listening SAT test and the French with listening two different test I can take? Also, is there one colleges prefer? Thank you!
Yes, but they are not offered on the same dates.
I have never seen a college express preference for one over the other, but there may be one somewhere. 
Personally, I always suggest taking a subject test in May or June, at the end of the academic year, and the listening test is only offered in November
