SAT Subject Test Score Inflation

It seems like a lot of people get 700+ on the subject tests with percentiles ranging from 50-80 for low 700s. Why is this? Are these scores not considered very good? What's a good score on subject tests for ivy league?

I think the percentiles are like that because people take subject test in subjects they know they will do really well on (or languages they speak fluently) so you get a disproportionate amount of high scores. I've always heard that 750+ is ideal for ivy league although I think 700+ is good.

Hahaha... I love how my score barely makes 90%... and it's 10 points away from a perfect score. That is insane. It makes me look bad xD

yeah not everyone will take sat IIs since not all colleges require it. Also since colleges usually only 2-3 then as holt said people will take the subject that they are good at. The ones that are really screwed up are the languages where a 790 puts you in the 75 percentile or something
