SAT Subject Tests as a Sophomore

I am planning on taking 2 SAT subject tests.

World History (since I'm taking AP World History)
SAT Math Level 2 (since I am in AP Calculus BC)

The thing is, I know I can get an 800 on the SAT Math Level 2 easily, as I have only missed 1 or 0 on the practice tests (usually you can miss 5 to get a 800). I was wondering if colleges like to see you take 2 subject test as a sophomore and do good on them. Let's say I got a 800 on both Math II and World History (hopefully) and only take a science subject next year, is that appealing? Or would colleges want to see you take the majority of your subject tests as a Junior? Thanks in advance

They won’t care when you take them.

There is no difference when you take the subject tests.

Yup, it doesn’t matter. As a Junior, I regret not taking any last year. It would have made this year sooo much easier.
