So I’m applying to Dartmouth ED and I took the november SAT Subject Test for Physics. I submitted this score to them and my Math II score. I got 800 on the Math II subject test and a 740 on the Physics subject test. Will the 740 hurt my chances of admission, given that the rest of my application is very strong (strong ECs, 1590 SAT superscored, 4.5 weighted GPA)

No, no it will not. 740 is a respectable score. No one is getting declined solely on the difference between 20 percentile points. Because all things being equal in your application and another’s application… oh wait, they never are.

JK. Why do people even ask questions like this when the application was submitted 2 weeks ago? It is what it is. If you don’t get in, it won’t be because of your physics score.
