SAT Subject Tests: How important are they, REALLY?

Hey guys! I'm taking my two SAT Subject Tests tomorrow (Biology and Literature) and I'm pretty nervous.

My stats are kinda good, if I may say so myself. (I'm not trying to brag, I"m just trying to get an idea of what I need to do) I have a 4.0, have taken all but one of the APs offered at my school, have an SAT score of 2320, and my extracurriculars are abundant (NHS, Mu Alpha Theta, Cross Country, SGA, School Duel, cashier at Target, etc).

So all that's left are these SAT Subject Tests, and I was just wondering, if I don't do very well, how much of an impact will it really have on my chances of admission to an Ivy League School? Also, what is considered a good score range? What's a bad score range?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :)

Facepalm…

Rude. What’s so obvious here that I’m missing?

Good score ranges can be found online. For Ivy League schools, 700+ is standard. Just do as well as you can. If you do poorly, it won’t help you, obviously, but it’s not gonna be an automatic rejection.

Thank you :)

What is SGA? I hear that acronym a lot lately but have no idea what it means.

It’s short for Student Government Association :)

Penn doesn’t require subject tests. Don’t worry about them.

^That’s not true @TheBigD…unless you do the ACT with writing. I think my subject tests won’t be so great either but I expect you’ll do better than me  don’t worry about it. I bet SAT IIs are rarely the deciding factor.
