SAT Super Score Vs. Single Sitting

Do colleges distinguish between Super Scores and single sitting scores. I mean are all SAT scores treated the same or does it look better to have a higher SAT score in a single sitting???

Colleges that superscore only look at your highest score in each section. On the online status portals of some of the colleges I applied to that superscore, my lowest scores don’t even show up. So to answer your question, yes, single sittings and superscores are treated the same. Although some schools like Yale and Upenn claim to superscore yet they don’t allow score choice so I’m not sure how they evaluate multiple sittings.
