<p>Hi, For question 22 in the writing section of the official 2011-2012 SAT packet, the question was (It was) (A) a Chinese American grower who finally succeeded (with adapting) (B) the (now familiar) (C) orange tree (to) (D) the American climate. (No error) (E).</p>

<p>The answer booklet said that the answer is B. However, I don't know why. Could people please explain why? Thanks, it would be greatly appreciated!!</p>
