SAT Writing Section = Third SAT II?

<p>Does anyone know if Yale treats the SAT Writing Section as a third SAT II? Or does Yale even consider the Writing portion of the SAT?</p>

<p>I'm hoping that they will. I got an 800 on that mess, and it was my highest section. :(</p>

<p>As jobanana89 stated the writing section does not count as an SAT II. However, this year Yale changed their requirements to two SAT II tests. This new change and information can be found on the Yale website under prospective students. Yes, Yale will count the writing section but it will not be weighted as much as the writing or math (or atleast this is what I think but who knows). I assure you that an 800 will not be overlooked.</p>
