Sat

I'm really worried about my SAT scores--630r, 580m. My SAT II's faired better: 770 US hist, 600 Matt II, and 650 Lit. All of my scores are in the minimum, but really not so great.

Anyway, my GPA is 3.6uw and 3.8w, and my senior grades are looking like 4 or slightly higher. I've taken 4 APs, and 3 more this year, so a total of 7 by graduation.

I know my SAT scores are low, but do you think they are so low that I won't have any chance? I think it's too late to take any tests, so now I'm really worried.

Some departments at McGill, have automatic cutoffs with the Math portion of the score, but i'm not sure which ones, go to their site and check it out

mmassee: Can you still take the ACT? Since the ACT is based on subject knowledge as opposed to the general skills set and abstract thinking of the SAT, some students do much better on the ACT. McGill will accept the ACT on an equal basis as the SAT--if fact since it is knowledge based, you dont even need SAT II scores.

I am going to try to take the ACT in Feb and just rush my scores to McGill then, hoping for better results.
