sat2 scores...

how was your sat2 scores???
i want to retake some of my tests but i dont have time for that...(taking sat1...)
do you guys think my scores are ok??or are they in lower side??

math2-720
chem-640
korean-800(i dont think college will pay much attention to this..)

I think your scores are fine. They might be on the lower end of the spectrum if you're applying to HSSEAS but other than, great. FYI, I got accepted to HSSEAS with 800 IIc, 730 Writing and 720 on Bio-M.

whats HSSEAS and FYI..??

im applying to The College of Letters and Science (chemistry)

HSSEAS = Engineering school
FYI = For your info.

UC's don't care about your scores (in a sense).

They take your 2 highest subject tests and convert it to a simpler score, where they add it up and see if you're up for admission or not. Therefore, they DO care about your 800 but NOT where it comes from.

Castel...

im not sure if im getting what you are saying...

SAT II scores aren't as important as other things. I would say your scores are pretty solid, so instead of working on trying to raise them up, maybe you can direct your energy towards making your overall application stronger, like focusing on your ECs, essays, and whatnot.

The average UCLA admit has 1408 points on his top two Subject Tests. You have 1520. You're fine in that regard.

im worried that they might ignore my 800korean..because im a korean...
