I just found out Tufts requires students to send all the SAT& SATII scores though they use the highest combined scores. So, I am worried that the Admissions will think me as an applicant who only focuses on standardized scores if I retake SATII Bio, which I got 730. Plus, I am an international(Asian) student. But, the thing is I got 3 on AP Bio, which was way lower than I expected, and I want to major biochemistry at college. So, should I retake the SATII bio in November along with chemistry& math2?

Nothing wrong with 730. Don’t retake.

A few things:
Tufts will consider only your two highest SAT Subject Test scores.
As momyel said, a 730 is fine. Focus on the Chem and Math 2.
Finally, the fact that you might be thinking about majoring in biochem isn’t given much, if any, consideration by the Adcom, because A&S students aren’t expected to commit to majors until the end of sophomore year, and the Adcom doesn’t care much what you say about possible majors when you’re still in high school.
Good luck.

Thank you for your replies!
Then, what do you think about taking both Math Level 1&2 so that I can submit the better score of the two? Is Math Level 1 considered as competitive as Level2?

No. Math 1 is not competitive. You need math 2

I honestly don’t know how the Tufts Adcom would feel about that (especially since the motive for taking both at the same time would be so transparent). You could always call or email the Adcom person for your geographic area and ask; they’ll give you a straight answer.
momworried is correct: the Math 2 is much harder.
You should also know, however (if you don’t already), that Math 1 basically has no curve, so that you have to kill it to do really well. Math 2 is enormously harder, but there is a curve. It will have questions that most students are not expected to be able to answer, and the trick is spotting those questions, realizing you’d just be guessing, and skipping them (since on the SAT, unlike the ACT, you are penalized for wrong answers vs skipped questions).

You don’t need Math 2. I got into Tufts with a 730 Math 1

You’ll be fine with that SAT II score. There is no way an 800 would put you in the accept pile if a 730 would not.

Just take Math 2 if practice test show you’ll get a 700+. (i.e. Math 2 700> Math 1 800.) I agree with everyone that a 730 score is fine, but I can tell you that my kids would have taken it again, because their attitude was that once they were in the room doing subject tests another hour was no big deal. My younger son got a 720 in Bio E took it again with M and still got a 720. I think he just sent in both since at least it showed breadth if anyone cared, and he also sent in history and probably sent in the Lit score. I don’t think he got dinged for taking too many subject tests - he sat for them twice so he took 6. Two of them were repeats. BTW he got in without any math score at all. He said he was undecided for his major.
