SATs, GPA, and Rank BC worthy?

Hi…I don’t want to get into all of my activities, awards, and honors. I am not worried about those for getting accepted into BC.

However, I am worried about my SATs, GPA/rank…MAINLY my SATs, because my guidance counselor has cautioned me that BC could be a bit of a “stretch” due to my SAT scores. (GC said GPA is perfect for BC actually)

SATs- 680 in Math, 670 in Reading, and 740 in Writing (My guidance counselor mentioned this “stretch” when I had a 630 in Reading, and the same scores in Math and Writing)

GPA- 97
Rank- top 5%
Schedule: I’m taking 5 AP classes this year, and one honors religion course.

(I don’t know if this is important, but a good amount of students are accepted into BC from my school each year…Last year 10 students were accepted)

So…I was just wondering if anyone could give me an idea…I would really like to be accepted at BC, but I am worried about the SATs.

(I am Caucasian, and don’t have any “hooks” really)

There have been several discussions how many top universities are focusing less on test scores - check out the CC main board. Now I don’t know about BC specifically and it does seem your scores are a little low (but not bad) but your EC’s and rank should help a lot.
