Hey guys I took the SATs in March and just got my scores back and I got a 1730(560 E, 640 M 530 CR) which really suprised me. I only studied for the SATs for about two months, however before that I studied for ACTs for several months. Whenever I took practice tests I consistently got 1800s - 2000s. When I took the actual test it seemed easier than the practice tests I took an I thought I was at least was going to get a 2000. I ommited about 1 out of 10 questions for reading, but for writing and math there were only a few I was unsure about. Did I fall in a lot of the SATs traps or did something else happened? Anyways I want at least a 2100 by november and was wondering what I should do? Whenever I take practice tests I always know why I got an answer wrong and always score highly, so what happened during the tests?

I took the ACT twice in September and December, and got 23s both times (september E 23 M 28 R 21 20 S) (December E 23 M 27 R 21 S 20). I studied a lot for the December test but not for september so it suprised me I got the same scores. However, I felt more comfortable taking SATs.

Should I go back to studying for ACTs or stick to SATs. I also have to take subject tests and do well on them and there are only the may, june, october and november tests left. Should I take subject tests in may and maybe june depending on how I do, then take SATs senior year? Or should I just go back to ACTs.

IF ANYONE COULD HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!
