The state had 8 months to figure out how to roll out vaccine registration and scheduling, and this is the best they could come up with? Did it not occur to anyone to follow the ticketmaster model and allow people a few minutes to complete their transaction (the 11 steps that you canā€™t do until after you manage to find an appointment slot) before giving their spot away? Unbelievable.
