Government agency, I know that you’re just sending out information and trying to be as clear as possible. However, when you send a letter out that I will be receiving x amount for the second economic impact payment (that I received 10 weeks ago) a week before the third economic impact payment is supposed to land in my bank account, it is very confusing. I spent half an hour and 2 emails to my accountant trying to figure out why my stimulus payment was so low. Sometimes, there is such a thing as too much information.

I really want to get a vaccine. I have so much vaccine envy as I see people I know in other states that are younger than I am and are able to get vaccinated. And I know there are many line jumpers, but I’m not going to lie in order to get my shot. Please California just let the rest of us get vaccinated already!

Why do doctors tell you that you may have a “little discomfort” when they know very well that it will hurt like the dickens. No, Tylenol does not provide relief and I need sleep. Based on experience, I’ve got about two weeks of poor sleep ahead and H will be stuck with my crankiness for at least a month.

Gosh, I’m starting to understand why people retire. I always enjoyed working and didn’t get it before. Now I see my husband, our CPA, our computer guy, etc. just DONE - they are all burned out. Part of it is dealing with technology. It gets more amazing every year, for sure, but it also causes major problems when it doesn’t work. I spent SIX HOURS today dealing with installing a Windows 10 update and then fixing all the problems it caused. Six hours!! And I’m computer savvy! So now it’s 10:15 pm and I have to finish drawings that I should have been working on during those lost six hours. Ugh.
