Please let this be as uneventful an event as something this serious can be. Any more hardware and TSA will never let me on a plane again.

Oh, my gosh, you had our 2015 vehicle for more than two days and supposedly fixed the transmission problem which was covered under the warranty. So yeah, it shifts at 40 mph better, but now the car jerks badly when it shifts from 1st to 2nd gear! I am livid. Donât you test drive the car to make sure itâs fixed?? We have out of town trips planned tomorrow through next Friday, so I guess it will be after New Yearâs before we can address this. 
Dear VerizonâŠI pay you for service. My service is not satisfactory. It is not my job to climb under my desk to figure out which wire does what.The router is broken . Why do you waste my time when all I want is a *&^%$ service call ?

Now Iâm getting mad. I couldnât get through to âourâ service guy at the dealership, so DH called. He spoke to the mechanic, who swore he took the car for a test drive and didnât feel anything wrong. He said that sometimes it akes the computer a little time to adjust to a personâs driving style! Like what, he thinks I was flooring the car or something?? DH just called from the road and said it wasnât my imagination - in low gears, itâs worse than it was before. Grr. And dealerships wonder why people take their cars elsewhere for serviceâŠ

My horrific ex- son in law agreed to keep 2 of his and my daughterâs 3 cats and without telling her, he got rid of them less than 2 weeks after the divorce and wonât say where they are. We are all just sick about it and I had offered to take 1 previously. Both are older and have bathroom issues and I donât believe his claim that âa nurse from the VA took themâ. After losing several family members and friends in the last year, another friend found out yesterday that he has agressive cancer. He just got married two years ago.
