Why, oh, why am I at the mercy of what is apparently the slowest lab in the USA??? It was supposed to take 5 or 6 weeks. We’re up to 9 and counting. You’ve already missed a promised extended deadline. This is a potentially life-altering issue for my kid and my nieces and THEIR kids. Not to mention me. The wait is agonizing. Report the results, dammit!!!
Insurance company- so you say you have supposedly reprocessed claims you screwed up yet again (going from bad to worse last time around) but there are still several claims that were affected by your initial screw up and refunds are due to us. Gee, the original service was provided almost 10 months ago. Will you pay us interest on the money due to us?
And separate vent- a bad cough and an old lady bladder are a bad combination 
Yes, of course I’m happy that you are “drinking responsibly,” but a designated driver or drinking less would make me much happier than you spending over $150 a month on UBER fees.
I don’t think my kids together have spent that much on UBER in their entire lives.
That wasn’t nice at all - publicly thanking everybody on the project except her. This after excluding her from meetings where you presented her work. Way to make a hard-working employee feel unappreciated. Time to move on, this was the final straw.

Ok, insurer, have spoken with the company you say made an agreement with you that I am supposed to pay. They say that “agreement” was you talking to yourself. I believe them and NOT you. Just pay them like you are required to under the terms of the contract and we will all be happy. Thank you!

An FDA approved insulin pump is neither experimental nor investigational. Yes, the technology in this pump is new. It was experimental and investigation technology prior to FDA approval. Now it is an approved treatment option. I am going to fight on this one. May not win it but I am going to be a thorn in my insurance carriers side.

I brought my husband to the ER Saturday night for what we thought would be a chest XRay and a diagnosis of pneumonia.
Wrong.
His lungs were clear. His heart, on the other hand, was a different story. Turns out it was a mild heart attack. A small artery was 95% blocked. They put in a stent yesterday and he expects to be released today or tomorrow.
Never, ever a dull moment. but all looks well right now.
The drama is unending, never would have thought college aged renter would have been so much better than a middle aged woman. Lies, can’t pay rent, almost non-existent cleanliness standards, and now a safety concern. How do you forget to shut off a toaster oven?
