<p>i plan on taking a writing II during the summer session and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts of which i should take?
atm, im looking at scand 50w with Palm/TANGHERLINI and jersualem: holy city (10w) with Smoak?</p>

<p>Take Scandinavian, I heard it was the easiest way of getting around Writing II.</p>
<p>I had Smoak for another class, and I thought he did a very good job.</p>
<p>I’m actually looking at both those classes as well. I’ve been wanting to take Scand50W for a while, but I think I’d rather take it with Wen hopefully in the winter or spring. I’ve only heard good things about that professor, though the professor for summer seems pretty good too. At this point, I’m honestly looking for a class that I can put in minimal effort for and get away with it.</p>
<p>I’m currently doing Jerusalem holy city with Smoak. I had him for another class and imo he is a really good professor. He is enthusiastic about teaching and he is really effective.</p>
<p>We are only going to have to write 2 essays for this writing 2 class so I’m hoping to do good. He is pretty lenient and very approachable.</p>
