I could really use some help here. I am really worried that when Creighton gets my final transcript they might rescind my admissions and/or my scholarship! I am doing fine in all of my classes (I'm taking AP Lit, AP Euro History, AP Calc, AP U.S and Comparative Gov, A.P Physics, PE, and Debate) except in AP Calc. I have always struggled with math, but have always fought and kept my grade in math at or above a C+. This last semester of senior year though has been weird. First off it is really only have a semester of calculus, because we are spending have the semester reviewing for the AP test, which will not afford us any assignment points towards our grades. This means that we only have 3 tests this semester, one of which I limped through, and the most recent one I bombed. To explain, due to snow days it has been 8 days between our last class and the test, and due to this and an internet failure I could not talk with my teacher for help. What this all means is that no matter how hard I work I do not think I can end with anything better than a D or D+. Do you think Creighton would rescind my admissions or scholarship because of this? If it helps I will get A's or A-'s in all my other classes and have a 3.5 GPA now. Thank you.

I know this is a month late, but I don’t think you need to worry about one bad grade. I’ve honestly never heard of Creighton taking away an offer from someone. Since you’ve already been accepted, Creighton has made it clear that they’d love to have you in their class of 2017.

I had a very rough junior year and went from a 3.8 UW to a 3.4 UW, plus almost failed Algebra II (math is my nemesis). What really helped me out was Creighton calling my counselor to see what was up with me. She told them my situation and that she knew I would thrive at Creighton. I was pleasantly surprised when Creighton accepted me, with a scholarship to boot.

I hope you see this message. Good luck with everything!
