Scared as help for bio tomorrow

Alright I'm bawling my eyes out right now because I can't absorb all this plant information. I feel so screwed for tomorrow. I'm really scared of the MC questions because I studied and looked at practice exams and dont know the answers! Ugh I don't want to miserably fail. Not to mention tomorrow is my birthday. How are you guys dealing with the information? It's 4pm east coast. How much do you think I can review?

just reading through cliffs, comforted somewhat by the massive curves that APs have

Happy birthday.

Happy birthday! I’m sure you’ll be fine! I’m absolutely terrified also, but what else can we do at this point? Brush-up a little today (to get your nerves down) and do something fun for the rest of the day. Stressing over the top isn’t going to help either of us. =P

Honestly, I reccomend just reviewing over the basics of all material. There isn’t a drastic amount you can do because this is the day before the exam, but mainly, I reccomend you get some sleep and eat a good dinner and breakfast.

Just relax. Skim over some notes, and mainly focus on your weak points (plants, or photosynthesis, cellular respiration, so forth).

I have a brother who is taking the exam as well tommorow. Best of luck!:)

~ Theos

im looking at it this way- if you get a 4 or 5, congrats! you’re out of the class.

If you dont, then you’ll take the class in college and most likely do amazing.

So youll find a way to win either way.

i agree. stressing too much is not going to help with anything.
Remember there is an extremely low curve for the science APs, which is definitely in your favor.
Good luck!

I’m reading through Cliffs right now. I got most of the stuff down except for biological diversity. You should really try to calm down. Stressing over the exam is only going to make studying more difficult.

I would say just get some good studying in till about 10 PM tonight and get a good a good night rest. The most important thing the night before the exam is no longer retaining the information, but being prepared to take the exam. I ended up getting a 5 last year on BIO and by all means I am not the best person in biology. I actually was confused on a few main topics, such as DNA replications and had no idea what one of the FRQs was talking about . So don’t worry.

hope for some divine intervention… after all, it IS your birthday
[[HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ]]

jk. since you only got one day, take practice tests, review only those subjects you do worst on. exercise a bit (always helps me), then sleep around 10, eat a good meal in the morning, sing a happy song ;)

thanks guys a lot of helpful advice on here!

Again, you only need about a 60% to get a 5… and a 48% to get a 4.

That’s not so bad now is it?

im nervous as hell too…and yeah with some of those plants sections, damn but there’s really nothing u can do. theres 100 questions worth 60 points, so ull be able to sacrifice a few to still do really well with the MC

good luck, i think the essays are going ot be the hardest
