Schedule for Junior Year

So its time to pick our schedules for next year, and I am totally at a lost for what I should take. I've considered two different schedules for junior and senior years, and I'd really appreciate any input.
Which choice do you think I will have a better time managing, is either schedule too much? And if you could give me any input on some of the classes listed below it would be fantastic! I'm looking at selective colleges in California like UCLA and USC.
By the way, just to put things in perspective, I've had a 4.0 UW GPA for freshman and sophomore years, and I'm taking AP Bio, AP Euro, Honors Spanish 2, Honors English 10 and regular Pre-Calc this year.

Choice A:

Junior

AP Lang
AP US History
AP Calc BC (BC is a requirement to take AP Physics)
AP Physics C
Honors Physiology (extra GPA point)
Honors Spanish 3

Senior

AP Lit
AP Gov/H Econ (split semesters)
AP Stats
AP Enviro
Reg. Spanish 4/AP Spanish Lang (haven't decided)
Ceramics

~~~~~~
Choice B:
Junior
AP Lang
AP US History
AP Calc AB/BC (AB is a requirement to take Honors Physics)
AP Enviro
Honors Physics
Honors Spanish 3
Senior
AP Lit
AP Gov/H Econ
AP Stats
Ceramics
Honors Physiology
Reg. Spanish 4/AP Spanish Lang
I know this is long, but I'd really appreciate any help!
Choice A for sure, but only if you can handle it. That’s an extremely strong course-load and would look great if you maintained your 4.0 with it.
P.S. In option A you seem to be jumping to Calc BC from Pre-Calc and AP Physics C without any prior Physics, is that right?
Yes, I haven’t taken a prior physics course. That’s partly why I’m worried that Choice A will overwhelm me…
From what I hear, AP Physics C is one of the hardest if not the hardest classes one can take in HS, and requires up to an hour a day. In fact, in my school alone, they require you to take it Junior year and up to 30-40% of the kids (that haven’t dropped out by Junior year) drop out because of it. Granted they are taking other tough classes but AP Physics C is definitely their hardest. If that class is as rigorous as it is at my school then I would think twice. Also, Physics C requires Calculus and your base for Calculus won’t be very strong. At the least brush up on physics/math hardcore over the Summer if you do choose option A.
choose option B
I think choice A is good
