Schedule for senior year

Freshman-all honor classes and a gifted class. I took honors bio for Science
Soph-ap comp sci a, apush, rest were honors and I took honors/accelerated chem
Junior- ap stats, ap gov , ap macroeconomic, ap Lang, ap psych, rest were honor classes
Senior- ap enviromental, ap calc bc, ap comp sci principles, ap lit, business law(dual credit course). I might self study ap micro and ap comp gov

So this year I have 1st and 8th off. I took 8th off because I have multiple internships that require travel. Moreover, ap micro and comp gov is not offered so I’m self studying. I’m trying to get into Georgetown sfs so would this be fine. My counselor said I would have a most rigorous schedule so should I be set for senior year in terms of schedule?

I would trust your counselor here, as opposed to a group of strangers.

You will be judged in the context of your school, so I would listen to your GCs advice. Make sure that have taken at least one year of physics though if you are going into science.

I have. I got a 95 percent it it.

Bump I have honors chem and bio and reg physics. Would not taking ap physics one but taking ap environmental be detrimental to me?

That’s all that matters. AO’s are not going to microanalyze your schedule if the “most rigorous” box is checked.

Which is fine if you have a burning desire to learn and/or want to get add’l college credit. For admissions, colleges will not care if you self-studied.

For someone not contemplating a STEM career, no, it will not be detrimental.
