Hi all,

I'm an incoming freshman and right now, I'm scheduled for M212 because thats what my orientation advisor put me in (got credit for 211 from AP, but not 212). Now I see that S212 is specifically designed for students who got credit for 211 through AP. S212 also has about half the kids as M212 and the teacher is supposed to be a lot better. Also, it says S212 learns topics M212 doesnt.

Problem is it REALLY screws up my schedule were I to take it in the fall. I'd have to drop M212(obv), German, and bio 211. I've reordered my classes in every possible combination, and it just won't work.

I'm wondering, is it worth it to take S212 in the spring instead of M212 this fall? I don't really love math per se, but I'm pretty good at it and I have taken this class in HS (got a 3 on BC, need 4 for credit). I'm only taking one other S class this semester.
