What kind of stats are needed to get merit aid at Villanova? It is the only match school that does not meet need on my list so I was wondering if I could get some merit to fill the gap. I’m going for a Villanova scholarship, the small ones, not the presidential scholarships. I have a 1510 new SAT, 4.0 UW, 7 APs/9 honors. Are my objective stats good enough for one of the small merit scholarships(i think they average $7k)?
I certainly think so. The stats they are mentioning on their website for Presidential Scholarship are 3.8-4.15 weighted GPA and 33-36 ACT. Lower for Villanova Scholarship.
@winstonsalem I checked the website and my SAT is actually right at the average. Our school uses 100% grades so no idea how they will consider my weighted GPA.
