I am unable to respond to my invitation (says my username and pin are invalid)--is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks!

Use your last name and your ID number from your acceptance page

I did–it’s still not letting me log in. Is it a glitch or something?

is it case sensitive? I made the first letter of my last name in uppercase and it went through. the ID should be all numbers…was yours?

Yeah it’s case sensitive!!!

in that case, make sure that your last name is capitalized and it should work!

I already tried that–didn’t work. I also tried putting in the pin with all caps and all lowercase too. No luck.

Edit: @Skill: My pin isn’t all numbers; there are letters in it too. Is that what’s making my password invalid?

there should be no letters in the pin number so caps/lowercase would not matter…the pin is listed at the very bottom of your acceptance letter and should be nine numbers long.

So it turns out that I was putting the wrong number in all along–HOWEVER, I went back and got the right password, and it is still not working.
