Hi,

I was looking through the letters that USC has sent me and I realized that there was a form called "2013-2014 Scholarship Acknowledgement" that I never filled out or sent in. The scholarship is reflected in all of my financial aid information, and I committed to the University a few weeks ago, but will this cause the loss of my scholarship? I'm freaking out right now. Can someone please answer this for me?

Thanks

It looks like USC just saved themselves $22,000!!!

No - not really . Fill out your form, scan and email it in today - it will be fine.

Congratulations on the acceptance, the scholarship and your decision to attend!

We were at the admitted students day last weekend and asked an admissions officer if it would be a problem if the form came in later (DS had not decided yet), and they seemed pretty relaxed about it. They said they would not take it away if it came in late! Just send it in now and you will be fine!.
