So I was not able to get financial aids during admission processes, and I would like to know whether there is a way to cover my freshman year tuition by receiving scholarship or financial aids.

Any help here?

So I was not able to get financial aids during admission processes, and I would like to know whether there is a way to cover my freshman year tuition by receiving scholarship or financial aids.

Any help here?

Why didnt you apply with admission?
What has changed?
When was the deadline?

You should file your FAFSA for Federal Financial Aid as soon as possible.

You are not offering enough specific information about your situation.

Did you apply for FAFSA if in the United States? Are you an international student? In state, out of state public?

Please tell us what your status is right now. Some of your threads read like you are looking for schools to apply to for the upcoming year (the one about top tier and taking a gap year). Others sound like you are an incoming freshman at UIUC.

If you filed the FAFSA, and received no need based aid when you applied, and you are an incoming freshman…it is MIGHTY late to look for scholarships to cover your full tuition for this fall.

Is this something you NEED, or is it a thought?

Are you really going to UIUC? Are you really planning to transfer? Are you instate for Illinois? Are you an international student?

Do you HAVE the money to pay for the upcoming school year?

If you applied for financial aid and did not get any, it is unlikely you will get any now unless something has changed about your financial situation (job loss for instance).

Also pretty unlikely that any scholarships will magically appear this late in the game.
