<p>USC's deadline to be considered for a scholarship is Dec 10. I was wondering, if i'm not a 3.8uw 1960+ 680+ Satii avg applicant(however i am an african-american applicant) is there a reason to apply dec. 10? Will i be able to get ANY money if i apply in jan?? I'm really confused....any help would be great...thanks</p>
<p>if you can apply by then, just apply. you don't need a separate application anyway (unlike WashU).</p>
