Can anyone please post a list of all the colleges in US that grant full or nearly perfect scholarship to international students with their SAT/ACT scores

Do you mean Tuition, Room, Board, Books, Fees, Travel costs, and Personal Expenses?

I don’t think there are any.

there are some that give free tuition. And a few rather unknown ones that give tuition room and board, but I don’t know of any that cover all costs.

And you’re aiming for Ivy schools.

Your scores aren’t likely high enough for ivies, and not high enough for huge merit at schools that you would likely consider.

vanshmurad -

There is a thread on the topic of guaranteed merit-based aid the top of the Financial Aid Form. Go look there. Some of those scholarships are open to international students.

Check out some of the colleges listed in the following discussion (although it is not directed specifically to international students):
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/financial-aid-scholarships/1348012-automatic-full-tuition-full-ride-scholarships-20.html#post16451378

You may need to investigate each school to see if its need-based or merit aid is available to international students. That should be noted in section H6 of the school’s Common Data Set file (if it has one). However, the CDS does not indicate how many full ride or full tuition scholarships are awarded to internationals (only that money is or is not available to them and the average amount of awards if any.)

Also have a look at the following lists:

http://www.desperateguide.com/us/top-25-financial-aid-colleges-in-us-for-international-students-need-aware

Many of these are highly selective private research universities or small liberal arts colleges. It isn’t too clear whether the listed amounts include merit aid, need-based aid, or both.

@mom2collegekids - then how about U Mich and UT austin ? I heard they have a pretty good scholarship program for international students. To add to my score, I have 2 certificates (both of second) in an international space settlement competition

vanshmurad: you heard wrong. They don’t have any financial aid, even for out of state Americans (and UT Austin isn’t very good even for in-state Americans).

Look at the automatic full tuition/full ride scholarship links; then go to the financial aid forum and look at the sticky threads for competitive scholarships.
Typically the automatic scholarships are based on SAT/ACT scores (often 1400 CR+M or ACT 32) but competitive scholarships look at everything.

Vanshmurad: Colorado State University–Pueblo has merit scholarships that are available to international students The SAT/ACT test score requirements are posted at http://www.colostate-pueblo.edu/FinancialAid/Scholarships/Pages/default.aspx
For British students (or other students taking A-Levels), the A level grade requirements are ABB for Presidential Scholar ($8,000 discount off out-of-state tuition), BBB for Distinguished Scholar ($5,000 discount off out-of-state tuition), and BBC for the Promising Scholar( $2,500 discount off out-of-state tuition). These A-level requirements replace the GPA requirements; however, the student still needs to meet the ACT or SAT requirements for each scholarship. In addition to the tuition scholarships (which are renewable), international students also qualify for an international access grant of upto $4,000 per year to assist with living expenses.
