so blown...def not going to cp cuz of this ****ty "scholarship"

is it just me or did last yr's class get way better scholarships, theyre rly stingy this yr. A 14** with 3.9 barely gets u like 2 cents. def not going here. Only thing now is to do something creative for y not where they ask u why. i mean look every1 besides a7899 has 21** with a 3.9 and theyre getting crap. oh well mebe thats y there on the list for worst fin aid

They save up for the crappy athletes who can't even beat Butler.

polly - what list? i also think that since this a state institution then they are much more stingy w/scholarships than private ones. also the few people that responded to this forum are just a very very small sampling.

if theyre stingy thats fine but like the person above said, they seemed to have drawn lots for b/k

no offense guys but is it just me or are almost all of the presidential 8k a yr ones going oos

^^^ Heck, with OOS tuition about $24,000 a year, we need the money! :D

Presidential, 8000/yr :)
White Male, OOS (New York)
1450/2150 SATs
89/100 UW, 103/100 W

lurkness you make an excellent point that tuition is more and you guys need it but the problem is it is instate taxpayers that pay that bill. The college is meant to be for instate people and thus recieves its funding accordingly. I think it is unfair that we pay the bill so oos can get great scholarships and instate are screwed over. A lot of ppl in my school with better stats that the oos people havent gotten anything over the dean's scholaship.
