Scholarship Question and Chances?

<p>Thanks to user Madison85, I am now extremely interested in the following scholarship for University of Wisconsin:</p>

<p>I am an African American with a 3.7 UW and 3.8 W gpa in a competitive highschool in New Jersey.
I feel as though I am qualified for the scholarship.</p>

<p>Has anyone won the scholarship or has any advice on how to win? Do you believe I have a chance?
