Scholarship question?

I just received my acceptance letter last week, and they notified me that I received a $5,000 Wildcat award. I really want to go to U of A, but out of all the schools that I applied to, they offered me the least money. Do I have any chance of appealing my scholarship?

First, instead of really thinking about how much money you’re getting, think about the difference between the amount of money you’re getting and the cost of tuition: that is, how much you will have to pay out of pocket. That’s your real cost.
I think you can my friend was assigned a scholarship advisor when he had the same problem.

cherryq - Yeah, for the other in-state colleges I received scholarships equaling or exceeding tution. The difference for U of A is about $3,000.

walteral1990 - thanks, i’ll see if i can do the same
