Scholarships for Stony Brook?

Hi I'm an instate student, not a U.S. citizen though, and am very interested in the Stony Brook biomedical engineering program. I have a 1930/1310 on the SATs currently, but I'm sure I can bring it up to 2000+ and hope to get around a 2100. My GPA is a 96 Weighted, not sure what it is UW.
Part of University Scholars program, a highly competitive program at my high school which requires us to take 2 languages and honors level classes.
Currently a junior but I know my senior year course load will be:

AP Calc BC
AP Chemistry
Honors Physics
Honors Spanish 3 (Regents level)
Honors Latin 3 (Regents level)
Honors Economics
Honors English

Will I be eligible for scholarships at Stony? Any responses are appreciated!

Honestly, I don’t know how that works. I received a small scholarship from them in 2009 (1960/1320, 90 UW) but I also indicated that my major interest was political science, something less common at SB. It wasn’t anything close to covering costs of attendance (it was about 2500 a year).

My stats were good, but not that impressive and I didn’t even qualify for SB’s honors college. I didn’t attend (about to graduate from Binghamton).
