Scholarships for transfer students?

I'm at a big huge state school beause it is suposidly the best school for my major of Environmental Studies, but I really am looking to transfer to a more...intellectual environment. This place is too large--i feel insignificant as one of 50,000 people and want more of a challenge.

I had excellent high school grades/scores/extracurrics and applied and was accepted at U Chicago, Macalester, Georgetwon, UColorado- Boulder, Truman State, and Scripps, but I came here because of scholarships and because of my major, but I want to get out as soon as possible.

I'm looking to transfer "up", but can't afford to without scholarships. Does anyone know of good universities that offer decent merit scholarships to transfer students?

Your best bet is to look at the financial aid policies of the schools whicy you are interested in as they pertain to transfer students. There are very few (if any) scholarships available for transfer students (with the exception being some community college programs).
