<p>I received the National Buckeye/Provost scholarship and MSP, but neither of those scholarships are showing up on my applicant center under “View Financial Aid.”
Are they supposed to show up on the portal, or no? I called the office and they just said if I got the email, I received the scholarship. Should I pay my acceptance fee or wait for something to show up on the page?</p>
<p>My son received a scholarship from them and it does not show up under there either. I would pay your acceptance fee. Dorm rooms are selected in order that the acceptance fee is received by them. So those that pay acceptance first, will get first chance at their choice of dorm rooms. </p>

<p>From my experience, it is quite common for Financial Aid not to show up on the accounts until just before the semester starts, and fees are due. I have never heard of anyone receiving notification of a scholarship, and then not having it given to them–so I think that it is highly unlikely that you will not get these scholarships. It is important to get your deposit in as early as possible because, if it is done in the same way as in the past, things like room selection and summer orientation sign-ups are done in the order of when the deposit is received.</p>
<p>@BK1349, you know that MSP replaces your National Buckeye and Provost, right? I just dont want you to feel confused on that because it would suck thinking you have everything paid for when you don’t :/</p>
<p>Aid will not appear until a few weeks before the start of the semester. The aid will be distributed about 3 days before the semester starts. Buckeyelink will likely not reflect an aid until closer to the start of the semester.</p>
