I am an incoming freshman and did not get any merit scholarships for my freshman year. So is it still possible to get some kind of merit scholarships in my sophomore, junior and senior years? If so, what are the requirements? Thanks.

Yes, departments have merit awards for upper classmen subject to funds available in any particular year (it is usually not much, average in the 1,000 to 3,000 range per year). Requirement: high grades.

Agreed. As a result of good grades, I’ve received/won way more scholarships while in college than before arriving here.

what GPA is considered good grades?
